5th controller I’ve bought from these guys including some from Amazon. When using controller if you plug in the charger the controller randomly discounts and gets you killed in your fav shooter games. I’ve had this controller spring break that holds the phone inside it. I’ve had the USB-C port cave in and not work anymore. The triggers have small pieces of plastic come apart inside them and get in the way of mashing the button. A lot of problems out of these controllers but unfortunately this controller is the best one currently when it does work properly. Likeninsaidnim on my 5 th one and I’ve tried serval other brands

I would have given this product a 5 star rating but unfortunately I can't. I've had the Backbone for awhile and it's worked well this whole time. I was happy when I got the ELO Vagabond and it worked very well for the games I bought it for. However, very shortly after having bought it and using it I went to disconnect my phone from the device and had an issue. The charge port connection seeds on the phone very tightly. When attempting to pull my phone free the device popped off and now the spring action in it doesn't have the clamping force that it had when I got it. Like, maybe one of the springs inside came loose or something. Either way the device doesn't hug my phone properly and I basically have to apply force with my hands while playing to keep it snug. Everything about the controller is great. The analogs are super smooth and the action buttons are awesome, but the device broke very easily while disconnecting my phone.

It didnt really fit my Lenovo legion tab (gen3) I had to unscrew 4 Micro screws from the back and force jam it in there. Probably because the USB-C is sticking out a couple millimeters toto much (probably to fit phone cases more) Otherwise, works perfectly!
