It didnt really fit my Lenovo legion tab (gen3) I had to unscrew 4 Micro screws from the back and force jam it in there. Probably because the USB-C is sticking out a couple millimeters toto much (probably to fit phone cases more) Otherwise, works perfectly!

I have purchased probably 20 different gaming controllers over the years (all the big names and most popular ones). This controller has the best case compatibility, bar none. There isn't even another controller on the market that has USBC connectivity and can accommodate the cases that this controller will (I've even used it with the Peak Design Everyday Case). It also has some of the best button feel of any controller. And due to its USBC connection, zero lag. Been good so far. I only use it for call of duty mobile. Wish it had a travel case so I could throw it in my bag and not worry about it getting damaged because the box is to bulky to tote around

Sadly my L3 input no longer responds when I push it and when I try to remap L3 to M1 or M2 the app won't let me. It assigns the up Dpad instead. Other than that I have no complaints

I love the device, makes a few of the games I play much easier to manage. What I also like, the controller ends are not so large that you can't reach the screen when you need to touch a window or game pop up.

The controller works great. Excellent for extended use with big hands. My only issue is the camera bump for iPhone causing the phone to be slightly tilted in the controller. That and the lack of a proper case for it. Other than that it works great

OH man, what can I really say about this controller? It's amazing! It feels just right. I like how the handle grip feels, it's like holding an actual gaming controller. Almost reminds me of an Xbox controller, that is! If you contemplating on whether or not getting this, JUST GET IT. Also, the customer service has been great with me. Hi, Here’s my review of the ELO Controller. I purchased this as my first gaming system to be used with an iPad Mini 7 (A17). In addition to the controller, I also purchased a Spigon and a Supcase for the iPad Mini 7, along with a screen protector. The Spigon case was my preferred case however it was too long for the controller body. The length of the Spigon case comes in at 8.25 inches. The second case I bought was a Supcase which is just under 8 inches. The Supcase fits, however it’s not as rugged of a case as I prefer, but it does fit. The second issue I found is that attaching the iPad Mini to the USB-C connection is not an easy task. One change that I would like to see is adding another half inch to the controller body so more robust cases such as the Spigon or even an OtterBox can be used. I also picked up a mini USB-C male and o female adapter to alleviate the connection issue I have. Although the USB-C connector doesn’t work when plugging it directly in to run the controller, it does help when plugging in a cable to charge off the controller. Adding another half inch would also solve this problem. The Spigon case cracked putting it in and taking it out while testing it for fit. This case combo woud not connect either.

This a great controller to have always hated using touchscreen controllers the only thing I will add is it should have vent of somesort for the heat phones get really hot using this also theres not a lot on the library at launch making the selection limited

Controller seems to work fine. The charge plug is hard to insert into my phone. I really want a way to map the ps5 center button to the controller.

Dump the backbone seriously, this is the elite gaming controller that is super responsive and the feedback on the joysticks and buttons are amazing. I can honestly tell you having tried both the backbone and now this amazing controller this is the better option. Very happy with my purchase and have recommended it to all my friends. Not to mention you can use it for a tablet too that all on its own is amazing.

Great portable gaming system! For soo long I haven't been playing my video games because I've very busy all-the-time, and even getting up to turn on my games and set my TV to the gaming input just requires soo much toil and trouble that I just end up not playing. BUT NOW!!! I connected my Vagabond controller to my ipad mini and it sits right next to me on my nightstand and I can whip it out anytime I feel like it without having to do anything else. My wife even gets to keep control of the TV!! LOL!! Great Invention...and I haven't even left my house yet!!

Worked so so when I first got it but never connected with the app Unleashed. So unable to update or anything. Now on second use the lights do not work. And it still doesn’t connect to the app. Customer support is based I. Filling out a form and emailing it in waiting for a response. So customer service is truly lacking. Wouldn’t buy again.

I have used a Backbone Controller and the GameSir G8 controller and I will say that the Vagabond controller blows these out of the water! It really feels like real size controller and it is very comfortable when playing any type of game! Highly recommend for the Elite Gamer!

They sold out of the HSR Kishi Ultra's and rent was also due. I love me some HSR... but rent is rent you know? Got this on sale and I can't imagine it gets any better. Skip the Kishi Ultra, get this. Best on the market.

This is replacing a backbone controller which I've had 2 go bad on me in the first year. Like comparing a switch controller to a PS5 controller. Fits much better in your hands and. Mechanical buttons and hall effect joystick feels and works much better. Definetly reccommend!

Missing option to button mapping please help or I want my money back

I bought this to play some FPS games on my phone, however there is about a quarter second lag between the controller and the phone. They claim it's from the internet, however it still occurs when playing over full bars on data. Ah well

After using the controller for the second week with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, All I can say is Wow? What a great and comfortable controller for a novice gamer like me. I really love how comfortable if feels in my hands since it's a full-size controller. I can totally spend all day playing on my phone. Unlike my Backbone One, It's great and all but it gets tiring when it hardly fit in my hand. Just a simple suggestion you might want to consider in the future release, I wish that the basic controller set-up for playing COD: Black Ops 6 via XBox Cloud gaming. The Elo Vagabobd controller does not have the same customization as my XBox Elite controller but it should be expected so It's no big deal. The feature that the thumbstick-adjustment tool to manually change thumbstick tension, with 3 tension settings to choose from. I can't wait for more updates in the future.

I'm going to be brutally honest here. I've tried other mobile gaming controllers which you've all googled on the market, and all of them don't even come close to this one. Vagabond controller is 100% Premium top of the line controller, and nothing else feels this good in your hands. I use Samsung S24 ULTRA and it fits perfectly even with a sturdy durable case. Now let's talk about the experience itself. The X,Y,B,A Buttons on the right are positioned so perfectly next to the right joystick, it's not directly above the joystick nor totally on the right side of it either. Due to this, you can have very fast movements and it's super easy to click your buttons. The buttons themselves are clicky, and give a premium sound/feel when you press them. In call of duty, my movement is crazy and I can easily slide cancel around and do all my fast movements without needing to move my thumb all the way opposite direction. Both joysticks feel very strong, and not ones that seem flaky or look like they'll break. They feel really good when moving in FPS & Racing games especially, and when you adjust the in-game sensitivity it's even perfect. The mobile app itself doesn't have all the full controller compatible games on it yet, but they will be adding it. I also tested it on Fortnite mobile (Which is cross platform with PC, and consoles), and it works perfectly on there as well no issues at all. Now you need to hear the best part about why you should get this over others. They are working on a feature that is coming out soon called Virtual Mapper, which will allow you to map your controller buttons to any (Touch screen) buttons on the screen. Meaning even if a game is not controller support friendly such as PUBG, other shooter games besides COD, other racing games, practically ANY game on the app store/play store... You will be able to configure the touch screen movements within any game, to your controller to make it (Controller Friendly). If you comprehend what I just said, you'll understand that value itself will make it absolutely unreal experience because we all have different kinds of games we wish we could use a controller on. The customer service is 10/10 and always respond within a reasonable timeframe, and they will take good care of you. Great company, great product, and great innovative plans to make mobile gaming experience best in the industry. Don't waste anymore time researching, get it and be amazed yourself.

Will not fit my cell phone

Received broken remote. One button did now work from the day I received it (M2), and after just 1 week of playing with one button down, now the other button (M1) is now getting stuck too! So now I'm down 2 buttons and with no response from support. Horrible customer service! I was really excited about this controller too! Just a shame...

Very likely the best controller on the market.Buttons,D-pad,joysticks and shoulder buttons are all very responsive.Controller is very comfortable to hold as it is a full size controller.Had a couple concerns with it until latest firmware update fixed those concerns.

Controller is nice to hold and play with but sometimes it’s not responsive .. To many times I click then joysticks and don’t respond .. I’m very disappointed in the way to connect it to my iPad mini as it’s hard to get the USB c onto the iPad .. also not the best app to connect

Not durable

I have had one of the other remotes and had since issues with quality. It's was a bit smaller and I had to RMA it within a few weeks. ELO Vagabond is superior in all ways as advertised. Great feel, responsive, and no annual fees to use it to us full extent. Only 3 small complaints: I still have to take my phone out of it's rugged case, and the pass thru charging is slower than the other one, and the usb-c into the phone is on a rocker - which is a blessing and curse. The plus is you don't damage it taking your phone out. The negative is it can be a PITA to get your phone connected. These issues are why I don't give 5 stars.

So I bought this because full controller grips, usb c connection and charging pass through but the game I bought it for (Assassin’s Creed Mirage iOS) the controller experiences really bad input lag making it unusable for that game but it’s no big deal cause my Bluetooth ps5 controller works wonders and the vagabond works wonders for everything else! Xbox gamepass games on cloud, real racing 5 and the app is cool allowing easy launch for specific games. Overall feels great in the hand love not having to take the case off my phone to use.
